Hi again.
So I keep on keto-ing on, despite some slip ups. (Seriously, who can resist a perfect bagel first thing in the morning, hand delivered by their loving sister?)
However, I'm down a resounding total of 15 lbs so far. Not too shabby. Yes, it could have been better were it not for a bagel, Pho for Valentine's Day, etc... But who cares. 15 lbs! Woo! I still eat a bunch of cheese. I've discovered keto crackers and keto scones, which has been awesome. Tonight I got to eat a big rare steak too. NO COMPLAINTS HERE, BROS.
Anyway. School is fine. Clinicals aren't scary and I'm not completely retarded. So far. Ish.
I'm sure you get the idea.
